This Policy explains how the Décima Via website (“website”) and our internal tool Publicador Décima Via (“tool”) handle data. The person responsible is Victor Hugo Corbolan Coca, in Brazil. Contact: corbolan3d@gmail.com.
1. Use of YouTube API Services
The website and the Publicador Décima Via tool use YouTube API Services. The website uses the embedded YouTube player to show our videos. The tool uses the YouTube Data API to upload our videos to our channel.
By watching or interacting with YouTube content on the website or through the tool, you are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and the YouTube Terms of Service.
2. The Publicador Décima Via tool
- What it does: it only uploads our own videos to our own YouTube channel (Décima Via, @Decimavia). It is for internal use: only we use it, it is not offered to the public, and it does not let other people connect their accounts.
- What data we store: (a) the access authorization (OAuth token) of the Google account that owns our channel, stored on a server of ours with restricted access; and (b) the ID and link of each uploaded video.
- What we use it for: the token is used only so the tool can upload videos to our channel. The ID and link are used to keep a record of what has been published and to create each video's page on this website.
- What we do not do: no data from other users or channels is accessed, stored, displayed or shared. We do not sell data, share it with third parties or use it for advertising.
3. Website visitors
- The website has no sign-up, login, forms or comments. We do not collect personal data from visitors.
- The website's hosting provider may log technical access data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the website secure and running, under its own policy.
- If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
- The website itself does not set cookies. Its fonts are served by the website itself, with no external services.
- Embedded YouTube player: videos are embedded from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. In this mode, YouTube does not store information about your visit just because you open the page. When you press play, YouTube/Google may use cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) and collect data under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Video thumbnails: thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's servers (i.ytimg.com). This means your browser connects to Google servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address.
- Visitor statistics: the website does not currently use any visitor statistics tool. If we start using one, this Policy will be updated beforehand, stating which tool is used and which cookies it sets.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. How to revoke the tool's access
The authorization given to Publicador Décima Via can be revoked at any time on the Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Select “Publicador Décima Via” and remove access. After that, the stored token stops working and is deleted from our server within 30 days.
6. How to request data deletion
To request data deletion, email corbolan3d@gmail.com. We delete the data within 30 days of the request and confirm by email.
7. How long we keep data
- OAuth token: while the tool is in use. It is deleted within 30 days after access is revoked, after a deletion request, or if the tool is shut down.
- ID and link of uploaded videos: while the videos remain published on our channel, or until a deletion request.
8. Security
We keep the token on a server with restricted access and use encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data.
9. Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD), you may request confirmation that we process your data, and access, correction or deletion of that data, among other rights. Just email our contact address.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
